Urethane
Tufcrete is a hybrid, three-component polyurethane-concrete floor topping. Its compositional features make it an ideal system for many harsh environmental conditions, especially where thermal cycling is present.
Tufcrete is engineered to meet the highest industrial demands. Tufcrete is a maintenance-free flooring compound, and the high degree of chemical resistance imparted by the polyurethane binder allows this system to be cleaned with strong acid or caustic cleaners without damage. It is generally applied at a thickness of 3/8″.​

Tufco epoxy flooring is an odorless, wear resistant, non-skid, non-porous, and long-lasting flooring system that satisfies your industry requirements and is CFIA, USDA and FDA accepted. Our flooring systems use specially formulated resins that combine to produce high tensile and compressive strengths.

Each floor is poured with separate laminated layers, creating a resin-rich floor that combines beauty and durability. A permanent bond with complete moisture-proofing makes it the perfect flooring system. Annual “do-overs” are not required with our maintenance-free flooring.

Drainage
Tufco drains are designed to withstand even the harshest environments.

The Tufco TD Series box drains can be designed with multiple options to meet your needs. Not only is cleaning easy, but the large-diameter sewage discharge pipe becomes fully exposed when the drain is opened. The floor-level covers are capable of withstanding extremely heavy loads.

The Tufco Trench Drains and Slot Drains have catch basins and strainer baskets. All seams and junctions are meticulously welded during manufacturing and installation. Trench drain gratings are available in fiberglass, galvanized steel, stainless steel or cast iron.
Tufco TD Drains and Trench Drains come in a variety of sizes, and the trench drains, cleanouts, and vapor traps can be customized if requested.

Sloping
Tufco can rearrange your floor sloping to prevent water pooling. We can build as high as you want and go down to nothing.
With our Epoxy or Urethane grout, we can apply the toping a few hours after we corrected the slope to your floor to minimize down time and make sure you're up and running in no time!
